Is the writing actually handwritten?
Yes. Every letter is written by a machine holding a real pen with real ink — not a font, not a laser printer. The result is indistinguishable from human handwriting because it genuinely is written, with natural pressure and slight irregularities.
Why not just print a handwriting font?
Because it doesn’t survive contact with the reader. Printed cursive looks fine on screen, but the uniform loops, identical letterforms and flat ink tone give it away the moment someone holds the paper — and a “personal” note that’s been spotted as marketing gets treated like marketing. Real ink, real pressure variation and human irregularity are the whole trick, and they can’t be printed.
What do I need to provide?
Your letter text (or the idea for it) and your recipient list — each recipient’s name and mailing address. We take it from there.
Can each letter be personalized?
Yes. Add merge fields like first name, neighbourhood, or appointment date, and each letter is individually written with those details.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is per letter and drops with volume — from $4.50 for a single letter down to $2.25 each for campaigns of up to 10,000. See the full tier table on the order page.
Is there a minimum order?
No. You can start with a single letter — many customers do exactly that, to see the real thing in their own mailbox before ordering a campaign.
How many letters can I order?
From one to 10,000 per order. Larger volumes are scheduled with you at order time so you know exactly when your letters land.
What are my paper and envelope options?
The order form lets you choose paper and ink options for your letters — Standard 24# white, or Premium 28# cotton for an extra $0.75 per letter. Envelope addresses are handwritten to match the letter.
What does my recipient see before opening?
A handwritten envelope addressed to them personally, sealed and finished with a real postage stamp — the kind of mail people open first.
How long does it take?
Most orders are written, folded, and mailed within a few business days. Large campaigns are scheduled with you when you order.
What happens to my mailing list?
It’s used to write and mail your letters — that’s it. We don’t sell, share, or reuse your data.
Can I see a sample first?
Absolutely — contact us and we’ll drop one in the mail so you can see (and feel) the real thing.
Do you mail internationally?
We currently mail within the United States. International mail is coming — ask us.
