These terms cover your use of Real Ink Letters and the letter-writing service we provide. By placing an order, you agree to them.
The service
We write letters using a real pen, guided by a custom-built writing machine, then fold, seal, and mail them with a real postage stamp on your behalf. Every letter is a genuine ink original.
Placing an order
You provide the letter content (or the idea for it) and a recipient list — a name and mailing address for each person. You’re responsible for the accuracy of the content and addresses you supply, and for having the right to contact the people on your list.
Pricing & payment
Pricing is per letter and drops with volume, as shown on the order page. Payment is due at checkout. There is no minimum order.
Turnaround
Most orders are written, folded, and mailed within a few business days of a completed order. Larger campaigns are scheduled directly with you.
Acceptable use
We reserve the right to decline orders that contain unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent content, or recipient lists obtained without a lawful basis to contact those people.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
