Order Letters

Sir Penman mascot ordering handwritten letters on a laptop, from Real Ink Letters

Pick your path below. Draw your farm on our map, or upload your own recipient list — either way, every letter is written by hand in real handwriting, folded, stamped, and mailed. No minimum order.

How it works

However you order, it ends at the same place: a stack of real handwritten letters in your customers’ mailboxes.

  1. Choose your recipients. Upload your own list, let us find your audience, or type in each recipient yourself.
  2. Write your letter. One letter for everyone — each person’s name, address and any extra column you choose merged in by hand — or a different letter for each person. Your choice.
  3. We write it by hand. Real pen, real ink, real paper. No two letters are exactly alike.
  4. We stamp and mail. Folded, sealed, stamped, and posted. You never touch an envelope.

Three ways to order

I have my own list

You already know who you’re writing to. Upload your spreadsheet and we handle the rest — every address is checked, duplicates removed, and you see the exact count and price before anything is written.

Find my audience instead

No list? No problem. Drop a pin on the map, set your radius, and choose the people you want to reach — homeowners, income range, age, interests, and more. We source a verified recipient list, you approve the count, and your letters flow into the same handwriting pipeline.

We find your audience →

Just one or two letters

No list, no spreadsheet, no problem. Type each letter exactly as you want it written, tell us who it goes to, and add as many as you like — one letter or twenty. Same hands, same paper, same stamps, and volume discounts still apply.

Type your letter →

How your letter translates

You write one letter. Extra columns in your list — like Neighborhood and Last sale price — become merge fields, and every person on your list receives their own copy with their own facts in it.

THE LETTER YOU WRITE ONCE

RE: {street}
Dear {first_name},

I just wanted to let you know the market in {neighborhood} is really hot right now, and we have a crowd of buyers looking for a home like yours. One just around the corner sold for {last_sale_price} last week, well over asking. If you have ever wondered what yours is worth today, I would be glad to stop by with a free, no-pressure price analysis. Call or text me anytime this week.

WHAT SARAH RECEIVES

RE: 14 Maple Court
Dear Sarah,

I just wanted to let you know the market in Maple Grove is really hot right now, and we have a crowd of buyers looking for a home like yours. One just around the corner sold for $745,000 last week, well over asking. If you have ever wondered what yours is worth today, I would be glad to stop by with a free, no-pressure price analysis. Call or text me anytime this week.

The gold highlighting shows the merge fields only. The real letter is pure ink on paper, with no marks at all.

Simple volume pricing

The more doors you mail, the less each letter costs — and both ways to order sit side by side:

50 – 99$2.49$0.82$3.31$3.60

400+$0.99$0.82$1.81$2.10

When we supply the list, verified names and addresses add $0.29 per door — already included in the last column. No subscription, no account fees, no additional mailing charges.

You supply the list — upload your CSV and the ladder price is your whole price. We supply the list — draw your farm on our map and we source verified names and addresses for every single-family home inside, adding $0.29 per home for sourcing. Your live quote shows the full total before you order.

There’s no minimum order. Plenty of agents start with a single letter to see the real thing in their own mailbox — then come back and farm five hundred doors.

Why a real letter?

In a mailbox full of bills and flyers, a handwritten letter is the loudest quiet signal you can send. It gets opened, read, and remembered — because someone clearly took the time.
