Volume discounts are automatic. Order 101 letters and the $2.61 rate applies to every letter in the batch — not just the ones past 100.

What every letter includes
- Real handwriting on real paper. Every letter is written in real handwriting, guided by our handwriting machine — not a font pretending to be handwriting.
- Real envelope, real first-class stamp. Sealed, stamped and posted the same day whenever possible.
- Dated the day it’s written. Every letter carries the date it was actually written — and it’s posted that same day.
- Merge fields. Each letter opens with the recipient’s name, written naturally into your message.
- Two-person verification. A second person independently checks every batch — page counts, addresses, manifest — before it mails.

Two speeds, both starting the moment your order is paid:
- Standard (free) — written, stuffed and posted first-class within 3–4 business days.
- Priority (+20% on the writing) — your batch jumps the queue and is dispatched the next business day.

- Bring your own list — upload your CSV (up to 10,000 rows), confirm the column mapping, and write your letter with merge fields. The validated row count sets the price.
- Draw Your Farm — no list yet? Draw the neighborhood on our map and we supply the list: verified names and addresses for every single-family home inside it. Letter price plus a $0.29 per-address verified-data fee.
- Manual order — writing to just one or a few people? Type each letter and address by hand, no CSV required. Same price ladder applies.
