Built like an announcement, not an ad
Every letter is a half-letter: an 8.5 × 11 sheet cut to 8.5 × 5.5, folded by hand into a classic announcement-size envelope on heavy 190 GSM stock — white, just off-white. It's the format wedding invitations and birth announcements made famous, so when yours lands, it reads as news, not marketing. Hand-addressed, hand-folded, sealed with a real stamp.
And because our custom-built writing machine does the writing at scale, you can mail your whole farm without hiring a temp with aching hands: every letter is a one-of-a-kind ink original, written with natural pressure and human irregularity, for less than it would cost you to write, fold and mail them in-house.
How it works — three steps
1. Draw your farm — or upload your list
Trace your neighborhood on the map and we count the doors, or bring your own CSV. Either way, your recipient list is verified: names and addresses checked, duplicates removed, and you see the exact count and price before anything is written.
2. Our handwriting machine writes it
A custom-built writing machine, driven by software we built ourselves, puts real handwriting on paper. Merge fields like first name and neighborhood let you personalize every letter individually.
3. We fold, stamp, and mail
Hand-folded, hand-sealed, finished with a real postage stamp — not a metered indicia that screams bulk mail — and sent through USPS. Repeat monthly, and the neighborhood learns your name.
