How ordering works
Pick your paper and ink below, choose your quantity, and the pricing tier updates automatically — from $4.50 per letter for small orders down to $2.25 each at volume. There’s no minimum: order one letter to see the real thing in your own mailbox, or order up to 10,000 and we’ll schedule the campaign with you.

- Standard 24# white — crisp, classic stationery
- Premium 28# cotton (+$0.75 per letter) — heavier, textured, feels expensive before it’s even opened
- Blue or black ink — to match your message’s voice
Personalization at no extra effort
Each letter is written individually, so merge fields are no problem at any volume: first names, neighborhoods, appointment dates — every letter in a 10,000-piece campaign can carry its own personal details.
What happens after you order
You send us your letter text (or the idea for it — we’ll help you polish it) and your recipient list: a name and mailing address for each person. Most orders are written, folded, and mailed within a few business days; larger campaigns are scheduled with you at order time. Your list is used to send your letters and nothing else — never sold, shared, or reused.
