Your farm is your data. Here’s exactly what we do with your list, how it’s protected, and the tools — saved farms, custom columns, sourcing — that put you in control.
What happens to my mailing list?
It’s used to write and mail your letters — that’s it. We don’t sell, share, or reuse your data.
What format does my list need to be in?
A CSV with one row per recipient and columns for name and mailing address. Extra columns are welcome — see custom merge fields. Our uploader checks the file before you pay and flags anything missing or malformed.
How is my list kept secure?
Uploads travel straight to encrypted storage, and lists you save with us are stored encrypted. Your data is used for your letters and nothing else.
Can I save a list for next time?
Yes. At checkout you can save any list to My Saved Lists — rename it, reuse it, or order again with one click from your account.
Can my CSV columns become part of the letter?
Yes — up to 15 custom columns. Map them once (an appointment date, a plan name, a property value) and they become merge fields you can drop into any letter.
Do you sell or share my data?
Never. No list is sold, shared, rented or reused — not yours, not anyone’s. Our business is writing your letters, not trading your contacts.
Can you find recipients for me?
Yes — that’s Draw Your Farm. Draw the neighborhood you want to own right on a map, and we supply the list: verified names and addresses for the doors inside it, at the letter tiers plus $0.29 per address. Drawing and counting the doors is free — you only pay when you order.
What happens to my list after the letters are mailed?
It stays in your account for reordering unless you delete it — and deleted means deleted. You can remove any saved list yourself, any time.
Can I request deletion of my data?
Of course. Email hello@realinkletters.com and we’ll remove your lists and account data on request.
How many recipients can one list have?
Up to 10,000 rows per order online. Need bigger? We’ll schedule it with you.
