Episode video coming soon – the written guide below has everything you need in the meantime.
What you’ll learn
- Why monthly repetition beats one-off blasts
- How saved farms make re-ordering a two-minute job
- What a monthly farming budget looks like at real prices
Consistency is the strategy
The first letter introduces you. The third makes you familiar. The sixth makes you the agent the neighborhood thinks of – and familiarity is what converts.
Saved farms do the work
Every farm you draw can be saved under My Farms. Come back next month, pick the same shape, and re-order – the data is re-verified, your letter takes one edit, and the pens take it from there.
What it costs
At 400 doors and up, a farm runs $2.10 per door, all-inclusive – the writing and stationery, the real first-class stamp, and verified names and addresses. Four hundred doors a month is $840 a month to own a neighborhood.
