Transparent Pricing, Explained

We itemize because we have nothing to hide. Here is every cent inside the price of a letter, and how the tiers work as your mailing grows.

Episode video coming soon – the written guide below has everything you need in the meantime.

What you’ll learn

  • The three parts of every price: writing, stamp, and (when we supply the list) verified data
  • How the tiers slide as volume grows
  • Priority pricing, and the one thing it applies to
  • What we never charge

What is inside the price

Every letter price includes the writing and stationery, and the real first-class stamp. When we supply the list from your farm, verified names and addresses add 29 cents per door – itemized, never buried.

The tiers

Writing and stationery starts at $3.49 for 1-49 letters and slides down to $0.99 at 400 and up, with steps between. Bring your own CSV and you pay writing plus stamp: $4.31 down to $1.81 per letter. We supply the list from your farm and it is $4.60 down to $2.10 per door.

Priority

Need it tomorrow? Priority moves you to the front of the writing queue for next-business-day writing and posting – a 20% surcharge on the writing, and nothing else.

What we never charge

No subscription, no account fees, no setup fees, no additional mailing charges. The price on your quote is the price on your card statement.
