Pricing and Payment

Pricing is per letter and drops with volume — from $4.31 for a single letter down to $1.81 each at 400 letters and up. See the full tier table on the order page.

$4.31 each for 1–49 letters, $3.31 for 50–99, $2.61 for 100–199, $2.31 for 200–299, $2.01 for 300–399, and $1.81 from 400 up. Every price includes the writing and stationery plus the real $0.82 first-class stamp. The bigger the batch, the smaller the number.

The rows in the list you upload decide your total — not a number you type in, and not a number we round up. Upload 73 verified rows and you pay for exactly 73 letters.

No. You can start with a single letter — many agents do exactly that, to see the real thing in their own mailbox before mailing the whole farm.

From one to 10,000 per order. Larger volumes are scheduled with you at order time so you know exactly when your letters land.

Draw Your Farm. Draw the neighborhood on a map and we supply verified names and addresses at the same volume tiers as always, plus a $0.29 sourcing fee per address — so a farm door starts at the tier price plus twenty-nine cents. No markup games: the letter costs what the letter costs, and finding the right people is a flat half-dollar each. Prefer your own list? Upload your CSV and you pay the letter tiers only.

Priority moves your order to next-business-day writing and posting for a 20% surcharge on the writing — never on the stamp or the data. Standard turnaround — within 3–4 business days — is free.

At checkout, once your list is validated and your exact total is set. No deposits, no surprise adjustments later.
