The honest answer: it depends on volume — and that’s good news, because the per-letter price drops fast as your campaign grows. Here’s how to think about the numbers.
Per-letter pricing with volume tiers
The first letters cost the most (around the price of a nice greeting card), but each tier gets cheaper: $4.50 each for 1–10, stepping down through 50, 100, 250, 500 and 1,000 — down to $2.25 each at 1,000+, with campaigns up to 10,000. The exact tiers are always visible on the order page.
What’s included in the price
- A real handwritten letter — actual pen, actual ink
- A handwritten, hand-addressed envelope
- A real postage stamp (not a metered indicia)
- Hand-folding, sealing, and mailing
There’s no minimum: you can start with a single letter, and scale when you’re ready.
Compare cost per opened letter, not cost per letter
If printed mail gets a fraction of the attention and handwritten letters get opened as high as 98% of the time, the effective cost per read often favors handwriting — especially for high-value outreach like listing appointments, patient recalls or lapsed-client reactivation.
A worked example
Reactivating 100 lapsed clients: 100 letters at the mid tier is a few hundred dollars. If just a handful respond — patients booking, clients returning — the campaign pays for itself several times over. One recovered listing, implant case or renewal typically repays the entire campaign on its own.
