- Your recipient lists — the names and mailing addresses you upload so we can write and mail your letters.

How we use it
Recipient lists are used for exactly one purpose: writing and mailing the letters you order. We do not sell, rent, share, or reuse your recipient data for any other purpose, and we do not add your recipients to any mailing list of our own.
Your account and billing details are used to process orders, provide support, and meet our own accounting and legal obligations.
How long we keep it
We retain order records for as long as needed to support your account and meet legal and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete a recipient list once your order has been mailed.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to review, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you or your recipients — just get in touch through the About page.
