About Us

Somewhere between spam filters and “noreply@” addresses, outreach stopped feeling human. We built Real Ink Letters to bring back the one format that never lost its power: a real letter, written in real ink, sent to one person.

Real pen. Real ink. Real machine.

Hand-writing hundreds of letters by hand doesn’t scale — and “handwritten fonts” are cheap imitations nobody’s fooled by. So we built our own solution: a custom writing machine, driven by software we developed ourselves, that holds an actual pen and writes each letter as a genuine ink original. Then we finish the job the way a person would — folding each letter by hand and affixing a real stamp.

The result is a letter your recipient can’t dismiss, at a price a business can actually afford to send. That combination — genuine and scalable — is the whole reason we exist.

What we believe

  • A letter should feel like a gift, not a pitch. Handwriting, a real stamp, and a hand-folded page change how a message is received before it’s even read.
  • Authenticity can’t be faked. That’s why we use real pens and real ink — not printed cursive. If a recipient ever held our letter next to a genuinely handwritten note, we want them to see no difference, because there isn’t one: both were written.
  • Your recipients’ data is yours. Mailing lists are used to send your letters. Nothing more — never sold, shared, or reused.

Who we work with

Our customers are professionals whose outreach is only as good as the response it gets — real estate agents, dentists, orthodontists, mortgage brokers, insurance agents, home improvement companies — and anyone who’d rather be remembered than filtered.

What they have in common: their revenue lives or dies on personal relationships, and one opened, remembered letter is worth more than a thousand ignored emails.

Start small — we mean it

There’s no minimum order. Send one letter to one person and hold the real thing in your own mailbox before you commit to anything bigger. That’s how most of our best customers started.
